"David was the perfect wedding photographer! We think his work speaks for itself but beyond that he was an absolute joy to work with. He was fun, attentive and really accommodating throughout the day - he almost felt like an additional guest! At no point did we feel like we were posing or being photographed for too long. Dave wants you to enjoy your day and knows the photos are just a part of that."

A luxury hotel wedding in The Cotswolds.

Connie and Rob invited their guests down to the Cotswold's for their classy Bay Tree Hotel wedding in Burford.

The brief was to photograph the day naturally whilst adding some editorial style portraits in the venue and around town. The weather wasn't favourable, but nothing a few umbrellas couldn't solve. It was fun to get creative with some indoor flash photos too, providing a high end, fashion feel.

Both the bride and groom got ready at the venue along with the majority of their guests and married inside the conservatory which was adorned with overhead eucalyptus. This foliage, along with candles and literary references was consistent throughout the day. A really stylish and timeless look.

There was a huge emphasis on guests enjoying the food/drink and for the party to start as soon as possible so I was keen for the bride and groom to spend as much time socialising as possible, which really suited my unposed, documentary style.

I'm always very keen on visiting The Cotswolds for weddings. It is an area of the UK with a high volume of beautiful venues, so please get in touch if your are planning your celebrations there. I'd love to help.
