Hi, I'm David.

I’ve been a professional wedding story teller for over 16 years and have captured 600 plus weddings so far in my wedding career. Some would say a veteran of my trade, but at 35, I’d like to think that my best years are still ahead of me. My passion for this industry is unrivalled. Weddings are all that I know, and I’m so lucky that I get to spend so many days expressing my creativity and capturing lifelong memories for my couples.

My wedding journey started back in 2010. I launched David Boynton Wedding Photography whilst studying Visual Communication at Birmingham University. Since then, I’ve not looked back, regularly capturing 50 weddings per year nationally and internationally. Now, in 2024, through experience, research and regular equipment upgrades, I’m confident that I’m producing my finest work. This was reinforced when I won Best Photographer in the West Midlands at the 2024 Wedding Industry Awards, an accolade I’d been chasing for over a decade.
