CORINA & MIKE – BREWHOUSE & KITCHEN, NOTTINGHAM
French pastries, fresh fruit salad and plenty of Champagne were the weapons of choice for Corina and her squad on the morning of her big day. The bridal party huddled around Corina’s parent’s dining table, applying make-up, sharing funny anecdotes whilst supping on their glasses of bubbly. Mike nervously awaited his beautiful bride’s arrival at the church, guests flocked to get their seats as the groom stood anxiously at the alter, a bead of sweat rolling down his forehead. However, all nerves seemed to vanish as Mike turned his head to lay eyes on his wife to be… and as they say, the rest is history!
The reception then took the wedding party to a quirky, little venue on the side of the River Trent, Nottingham. We took the newly weds for photos around the riverside and even visited the awesome ‘Lovers Bridge’ filled with locks, reminiscent of the famous Parisian bridge over the river Seine… needless to say this made for some killer photos!
The speeches were filled with hilarities and some embarrassing moments for our groom as the best man had his say! As the sun set over the river and guests reached the optimum level of intoxication, the bride and groom took to the dance floor for their first dance as man and wife. A surprise, synchronised confetti cannon attack from the bridesmaids set up the evening dance floor antics.
Thanks again to Corina and Mike for booking our award winning, joint photography and film package. Here is a selection of our favourite shots from the day! Enjoy!
