SIANNA & SAM – BAWDON LODGE, LEICESTERSHIRE
Sianna and Sam’s truly unique, Leicestershire extravaganza was one to remember! There was a mixture of everything, from traditional church ceremony to quirky marquee reception. There were tattoos, yes tattoos, caricatures, stone baked pizzas and a kick ass cover band. This wedding really did have the lot, and it was a dream to be a part of. We were so chuffed to have been given the opportunity to film and photograph this awesome occasion!
Throughout the day, our creativity was in overdrive, with so many different locations to explore. We had the 14th Century backdrop of Ibstock Church, curiosity in Ashby de la Zouch as onlookers watched a bride and groom parade down the high street, and the festival feel of a marquee reception at Bawdon Lodge. So many cool places which offered great diversity within their portfolio of images.
The highlight of the day though was being able to capture the couple being tattooed, immediately after their church ceremony. Famous Stereophonics lyrics, which would later prove to be their first dance song too. It was a one off experience, that can’t be captured at many weddings. We are pleased to say that we can tick that one off the list now. It made for some wicked photos and video too.
Below are a few of our favorite images from this insanely beautiful day. Thanks again for inviting us along Sianna and Sam, it was a pleasure 🙂
